Inside Sales
Looking for an exciting opportunity to utilize your customer service talents? Do you want to become a part of a winning sales team that is driving the success of one of Iowa’s key manufacturing organizations? PMX has an opportunity for you as an Inside Sales Representative.
Your daily responsibilities will include all functions related to the service of PMX customers including quotations, pricing, selling, order entry, load planning, and order inquiries. Position requires excellent communication skills and interaction with all levels both internally and externally and must have the ability to work with operations in solving customer order issues. Candidates must have Windows based computer skills with experience in and understanding of Excel and at least one year experience in customer service. Metals industry experience or knowledge of metals preferred, but not required. Minimum of Associate Degree in Business or related experience preferred.
