Description of Responsibilities: The Human Resource Generalist is expected to provide leadership and support for the Human Resources and Safety Departments. This position focuses on developing and leading PMX training initiatives, creation of company communications and newsletter along with the responsibility of reporting affirmative action data, You will also be assisting with recruiting, supporting and developing talent through our company’s policies and procedures.
Required Education/Experience: An Associate’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years human resources and communications experience.
